Advertisers can now view Google mobile velocity ratings for greater landing pages

Advertisers can now see the loading speeds of more cell landing pages, because of a set of rules replace announced Tuesday by Google Ads. The cell speed score update permits the device to generate a rating at the advertising and marketing console without as many ad clicks having taken place as were previously required.

Google brought the cell speed rating in July at its Google Marketing Live event.

Mobile pace ratings are evaluated on a ten-point scale, with ten being the quickest. Page pace and capability conversion fee are of the elements used to decide the score.

Slow landing pages can frustrate customers, sending them far from your page and speeding any wish of a sale or conversion.

“Slow cellular pages can slow down your commercial enterprise,” stated Prashant Nair, product manager, Google Ads.

“Fifty-3 percent of visits to a cell website are deserted if it takes greater than 3 seconds to load,” Nair said, mentioning Google records collected in 2016.
